Patients scheduled to see Dr. Cox at the MyMichigan location can simply have records transferred at the time of their appointment. ​

If you are requesting mailed or faxed records, there is a charge for personal use and the rate is calculated in accordance with the Michigan Medical records Access Act. There isn't a charge for copies sent directly to healthcare organizations and/or physician offices.
